About The Role
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall responsible for revenue through Amazon.
* Identifying and building strategic partnerships that can help in incremental growth.
* Build strong relationship with all AZ stakeholders and ensure strong online presence of all Harman Lifestyle SKUs jointly participate in the marketing events conducted on the platform.
* Deliver sales target by executing platform level strategy and partnerships that can help in incremental growth.
* Identify opportunities by keeping track of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour and market dynamics.
* Participate in developing and updating Harman product choices for online channels.
* Should keep him/her self updated with market and competition landscape.
* Timely Creation and Enrichment of all SKUs.
* Take complete ownership of returns and replacements and works towards minimizing the same.
* Also look at monetizing the returns/replacements effectively.
* Work as an Interface between various Internal Stakeholders like Central Marketing, Product, Finance etc.
* Working closely with Support functions to ensure timely deliveries of stocks to Platforms.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in multiple market sales, required. Preferred industries; electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, computer hardware, automotive and other relevant industries.
* Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.
* Provides updated market feedback to the vertical market and target market specialists.
* Interfaces with sales, marketing and engineering to leverage their knowledge and efforts to maximize sales launches.
Nice To Have:
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of progressive experience in sales / business development roles in multiple markets.
* Experience working on or with Amazon.in.
Eligibility Criteria
* Ideal candidate should have proficient computer experience (Excel, Access, Word, Internet, Power Point).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, Strong administrative proficiency and customer liaise skills.
* Strategically and operationally strong.
* Strong consumer products orientation. Solid planning and organization skills, Good collaboration skills.
* Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the box thinking.
* Business acumen – Solid business and financial background.
* Travel: About 30% travel required by the ideal candidate.
