Your role
grape has an established broker sales channel and a growing customer base. What we’re building now is our direct outbound motion – and this role is central to that.
What you’ll do
* Sell
o Own large accounts and sell to CFOs and HR leads
o Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving corporate buyers, brokers, and internal teams
o Work alongside broker consultants in co‑selling situations – knowing when to lead and when to support
o Coordinate structured handovers to the Broker Sales Team where relevant
* Build the outbound channel
o Define and test outbound channels – this is new ground for us, and you’ll be shaping it
o Write and iterate on sales processes, qualification frameworks, and playbooks as we learn what works
o Launch partnerships that drive referrals and extend our reach (IT partners, multipliers)
o Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns targeting Swiss enterprise accounts
* Events & community
o Run webinars, workshops, and events to engage enterprise prospects
o Represent grape at relevant trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
o Build case studies and success stories that support the sales conversation
* Insurance licensing
o Complete your Swiss insurance certification (VBV). grape covers costs and supports you through the process.
What you’ll need
* 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or a similarly complex solution
* A track record of closing large, complex deals – 7‑figure experience is a strong signal
* Comfortable creating structure where little exists and getting your hands dirty – writing a process, designing a qualification framework, or launching a partnership from first principles
* Experience prospecting independently, not just working inbound or SDR-sourced pipeline
* Able to work across a partner-driven and direct sales motion – you understand broker dynamics or are quick to learn them
* Fluent in French, German, and English
