Job Title: Business Development Manager - Immigration Services
The Background:
The successful applicant will be required to establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, promoting and up-selling the services of the company. This role also involves representing the company at conferences and industry-related events.
The Role:
1. Developing new business relationships within a defined territory assigned by the European Business Development Director;
2. Creating action plans to maximize the organization's penetration of target accounts by acquiring new clients;
3. Networking within industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities and promote the company and its services;
4. Analysing selling situations and creating client-focused solutions;
5. Building long-term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach;
6. Collaborating with other divisions in the company to ensure a comprehensive understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained;
7. Proactively anticipating, planning and managing sales processes for client acquisition and participating in the allocation and execution of marketing activities.
The Person:
1. A proven track record of successful sales / business development;
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
3. Fluent English and German language skills are essential for this role.
