Retail Partner Operations Manager
Key role in driving growth and operational success of Columbia's partner stores.
This position will bring clarity and structure to a rapidly growing area of our business, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and enhancing partner store experience.
The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of partner store openings, build strong relationships with partners and internal teams, and drive Columbia's growth by ensuring operational excellence.
Candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in retail operations, with expertise in partner/franchise management and opening multiple store locations.
Strong financial acumen and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are required.
