Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Main Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for implementing and coordinating complex projects in the SAP HCM environment and designing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
2. Your key task is to control order and demand management for external experts, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders.
3. By analyzing, advising, and implementing medium to large-scale projects, you will actively contribute to the further development of Swiss Post and shape a wide variety of projects that drive business growth.
4. You will optimize existing solutions through support, customization, and targeted enhancements, providing opportunities to gain development experience directly in your day-to-day work.
5. You will design tailored solutions that optimally fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.
6. As a technical hub, you will act as the central point of contact for payroll issues and work closely with the HR and Finance departments to achieve sustainable improvements.
Requirements:
1. A higher business or technical education forms the basis of your qualification, ideally supplemented by experience with agile working methods.
2. You have many years of technical expertise with SAP in the HR environment, particularly in Payroll, or with SuccessFactors EC.
3. You are skilled at advising business and functional areas and finding effective and efficient solutions.
4. You are proficient in prioritizing tasks and distributing workload within a team, ensuring clear objectives are met.
5. Commitment, solution orientation, and personal responsibility characterize your working style.
6. You communicate fluently in German and have a good command of English, with basic knowledge of a second national language.
