Short Description
AO Foundation is a dynamic organization that values innovation and efficiency. We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Supporter to join our IT team in Davos and assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting users, and resolving technical issues.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide first-line technical support for users via phone, email and on site for soft- and hardware
2. Installing hardware and commissioning
3. Document and track all support requests in a ticketing system
4. Maintain and update user documentation and knowledge base
5. Support for AO courses and events
6. Collaboration on internal IT projects
7. This position is based in Davos
8. If needed you also support our offices in Zürich and Zizers
Main Requirements
9. Two or more years of experience in a technical support role
10. Education in information technology, IT apprenticeship or similar
11. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, Office365 E5 and iOS/MacOS
12. User and service-centric thinking
13. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills
15. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
16. Good written and spoken proficiency in English and German
17. Readiness to travel within CH (Davos/Zizers/Zürich)
