Your responsibilities
You are the point of contact in your unit for questions about product range administration and planned deliveries.
1. Engage in operational forecasting within the unit. Actively monitor and highlight deviations to maintain high-quality operational forecasts.
2. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proactive monitoring and necessary interventions.
3. Work with the sales team to ensure product availability and minimize impact on customers while reducing costs.
4. Create follow-ups and secure accurate reporting of service KPIs.
5. Optimize operational efficiency, implement improvements, and innovate new workflows.
