Your Key Responsibilities
* Take on a portfolio in the Corporate and Private Clients segment as part of a succession plan.
* Nurture and develop existing client relationships in the 45+ segment, focusing on pension planning, and in the Corporate Clients segment, focusing on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
* Develop and sell tailored solutions in areas such as old-age provision, wealth accumulation, and risk diversification, as well as in the Corporate Clients segment.
* Aquire new customers through systematic market research.
* Represent our company in an attractive sales region.
* Promote deals to our cooperation partners.
Your Strengths
* Exceptional sales and advisory skills.
* Degree or higher in a relevant field (Insurance Broker/Agent VBV, Insurance and Pension Advisor IAF).
* Documented experience in sales within the insurance and finance sector.
* High level of motivation, goal-oriented, and results-driven work style.
* Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, and strong communication skills.
