There is no need to relocate.The RoleThis role focuses on enhancing Local Country Businesses (LCBs) in Sales Performance and Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies to support the SI Building strategy. It involves driving sales performance through regular dialogues, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing necessary support. The role includes sales coaching, guidance, and competency development while ensuring CRM adoption and G2M implementation.Additionally, it defines and enforces guidelines and procedures, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management.Your new responsibilitiesSales Performance Dialogues - Drive and facilitate sales performance discussions, ensuring LCBs sales performanceLCB Sales Coaching, Guidance & Support - Provide strategic coaching and advisory to LCB sales leaders, ensuring best practices are implementedG2M Implementation Support - Support the execution of Go-to-Market strategies in LCBs to enhance global sales effectiveness across all channels and sales motions, and to enhance the sales efficiencyEngagement with TU's (Technology Units) - Collaborate with TU stakeholders to drive targeted sales initiatives within assigned LCBsSales Knowledge Exchange - Facilitate exchange of sales strategies and best practices between TUs and LCBsSpecial LCB initiatives - Coordinate and execute special projects aimed at improving sales performance on site (Tiger team)Sales Competency Development - Identify competency gaps and define training requirements in line with LCB sales prioritiesSales Incentive Plan (SIP) Development - Contribute to the design and optimization of the sales incentive program to drive performanceCRM System (SieSales) Adoption & Optimization - Ensure proper utilization and continuous improvement of SieSalesYour talents and experienceBachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering OR in Business AdministrationSound Market knowledge in the Buildings Business Technology industry, with Siemens/ comparable portfolio a must have3 years plus of experience with Contract Management & Negotiation3 to 5 years of experience with Sales in product, solution, and service businessExperience in Leading a marketing & sales organizationExperience in communication and cooperation with senior management and peers in other organizationsWork experience in an international, multi-cultural environmentBe a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality and have experience working with global and remote teams and are willing work in an agile environmentFluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable wayFluent German is a plus.
