As a QA Manager in the Network Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our network processes and systems. You will lead all aspects of quality assurance and quality control projects, strategize quality management frameworks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance and improve overall network performance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical operations, an agile mindset, and strong networking and leadership abilities.
The Opportunity:
* Develop, review, and update project-specific quality management plans and supervising schedules during the project planning stage
* Implement and manage quality assurance strategies in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements
* Build and maintain comprehensive QA documentation
* Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement
* Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address deficiencies and improve quality performance
* Identify potential risks to network quality and develop suitable mitigation strategies
* Stay current with advancements in quality management and regulatory standards; disseminate knowledge within the team
* Report on improvement initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders
* Facilitate communication between PTQ teams and other PTx functions to ensure alignment on quality objectives
Who you are:
* Degree in Pharmacy (MSc. preferred) with >3 years of experience in Pharma Technical Operations in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing as well as >6 years overall work experience; additional operational experience such as Supply Chain is an advantage.
* Training in Business Acumen and RAPS Regulatory Affairs Certification/training is an added advantage as well as demonstrated experience in Quality and Compliance projects
* Proven leadership capabilities and effective stakeholder management.
* Proficient in English, min B1 level German; additional languages are an added advantage.
The ideal candidate has a comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge with a proven agile mindset and excellent networking abilities. Shown leadership skills through various projects is key. Other skills required: Quality Assurance Strategies & Management, CAPA Plans Development & Management, Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation, Quality Performance Analysis, Stakeholder Communication & Management, Cross-functional Team Collaboration, Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
