1. Assist our Head of IT in day-to-day business e.g. calendar management, coordination of any organizational tasks, travel planning, booking and expenses.
2. Organize meetings, townhalls and smaller events
3. Prepare, edit and finalize presentations, reports and other documents
4. Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution
5. Support in financial topics and monitor KPIs
6. Responsible for the mobile phone contract management and related operational tasks
7. Coordinate with other departments & business units as well as external partners

8. Swiss commercial apprenticeship with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Executive Assistance or similar
9. 5 years of experience as an Assistant or a similar role
10. Strong organizational and time-management skills
11. Excellent business communication skills
12. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
13. Experience in financial topics is a plus
14. Fluency in German and English
