As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
1. Your tasks:
2. Join client visits with other team members
3. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with clients
4. Gather valuable customer insights by being the voice of the customer, actively listening and engaging with them at every opportunity.
5. Conduct informative sessions for current and potential employees to promote the value proposition of the company
6. Participate in outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential or newly signed-up members and introduce them to the benefits of the organisation
7. Manage the on-boarding process and provide support to people through the sign-up process
Your Profile:
8. Commercial studies, Business Administration, or any relevant field
9. German Native and English Fluent
10. Ideally previous experience in sales
11. Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
12. Strong communication skills and highly self-autonomous
