Job Description:
* Oversee engine maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with customer policies and procedures, focusing on US customers
* Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality Teams on the development and implementation of process assessment, improvements, policy revisions and performance evaluation to meet US customer requirements
* Coordinate with Engineering to recommend specific work scopes in accordance with customer specific technical Operations policies, programs and procedures
* Conduct engine Table Inspections and Outgoing Inspections to ensure work performed is in accordance with customers order and quality standards
* Liaise with the customer to make decisions on part replacements and exchanges based on technical and financial aspects
* Review and document the condition of removed hardware as per customer directives and specific requirements. Conduct Scrap reviews
* Coordinate the management and review of any invoice, commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit ensuring alignment with customer expectations
* Verify that maintenance data and documentation is accurate and compliant to customer specifications
* Perform timely in process assessment to ensure maintenance performed is compliant with customer requirements

* Ability to effectively plan and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery
* Strong ability to interpret and comprehend engine technical documents
* Ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information effectively
* Must be able to assume high level responsibility and demonstrate sound judgement
* Knowledge of US airline business processes, operational policies and procedures preferred
* Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aviation business
* Knowledge of CFM56-7B Engine Maintenance
* Proficiency in English (business fluent)
* Suitable Master's degree or MBA required
* Required: at least 10 years in aviation, preferably in the US aviation industry
* Experience with engine maintenance, engineering or quality assurance function as well as cross-functional process knowledge
