About the Job:
Ecolab is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help grow our Institutional business. We offer comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across various sectors, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Increase Ecolab Institutional market share by targeting key markets such as Health and Aged Care, Hospitality, Government facilities, Private Schools, and FSR (chain business)
* Achieve new business sales targets established as part of the budgeting process
* Ensure growth via new business is profitable by working to strict pricing guidelines

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 4 years of outside sales experience
* Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors
* Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets
