What You’ll Do:
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems to keep everything running smoothly.
* Assist end-users, ensuring an excellent digital workplace experience.
* Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities.
* Support M365 adoption, IT compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives.
* Manage IT inventory, hardware, software, and licenses.
* Collaborate with the security, service, and operations teams to enhance IT efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
️ 3+ years of experience in IT workplace operations.
️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
️ Understanding of IT security principles, data classification, and compliance.
️ Hands-on experience in a small office environment with IT support.
️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
️ A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
ITIL certification, Microsoft Azure, and Intune knowledge are a plus!
