Your responsibilities
1. Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities
2. Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties withing EU and outside EU
3. Compensation trade
4. Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements
5. Preparation of correction notes
6. Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements
7. Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies
8. Archiving documentation
9. Reconciliation of RMA returns
10. Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
11. Running month end closing reports
Our requirements
12. Experience in accounting
13. Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset
14. Bachelor's od Master Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field
15. Good knowledge of English language
16. Experience with SAP system would be an asset
17. Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
18. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
20. Great attention to details
21. Good organization skills and a willingness to learn
