WHO YOU ARE
• Previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry.
• Experience of creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals.
• Proven successful leadership, delivering both business results and people development.
• Extensive understanding of key performance measurement, follow up and steering the business with a customer-centric approach.
• Good analytical skills and cost consciousness.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in German and English.
• Proven track record and HACCP Certification preferable.
