Job Description
* Administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, personnel files, work certificates, attestations, etc.)
* Monitoring of residence permits
* Time tracking, including absence and leave management
* Monitoring of absences due to illness and accidents
* Participation in payroll management
* Monitoring of subcontractor accreditations
* Contribution to HR projects aimed at optimizing internal processes
The Successful Applicant
* Sociable, dynamic, and open-minded
* Minimum B2 level in English, C2 in French
* HR certificate is a plus
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
