YOUR CHALLENGES:
Supporting VAT sales & service organization with regards to all technical & commercial & operational aspects of vulcanized products
Developing service product & customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence
Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans
Identifying customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development
Monitoring the market to address evolving needs and trends, and defend VAT's market position
Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product family
YOUR COMPETENCES:
Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education, preferably chemical engineering
Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position
Background or experience in material sciences, preferably within the elastomer & polymer field
Experience in product management within a high tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or
critical component B2B business
Fluent business English skills in written and spoken
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and know-how to further build our customer's trust and loyalty
Ability to provide fact-driven solutions and to translate the market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans
Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
