Job Title:
After-Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive and develop partners' service preparation, execution, and performance assessment.
* Establish annual service targets and ensure goal achievement.
* Steer partner service level improvement.
* Coordinate with the legal and commercial team to sign after-sales agreements.
* Conduct regional regular visits, organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
* Review business plans and manage customer satisfaction (NPS).
* Investigate and collect market information and cooperate with HQ for business planning and strategy.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience as an After Sales Manager within an OEM environment.
* Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
* Affinity with electric mobility.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of English and German language skills.
