The Head of Front to Back AML transformation program will be responsible for transforming the AML operating model (processes, controls, roles & responsibilities, systems, governance) at Lombard Odier across both 1st and 2nd Line of defense.
Workstreams under the program include AML Client Risk Scoring; Name Screening; Transaction Monitoring; Onboarding, Change of Circumstances, and AML reviews.
Your Role
* You will be accountable for the execution of the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Front-to-back AML operating model transformation aiming at enhancing the effectiveness of controls while making processes more efficient.
* You will set up, oversee, and deliver Project Coral execution, including establishing an integrated roadmap with key milestones, ensuring resources and budgets, appropriate governance, timely reporting, and resolution of project issues and risks on a global level.
* You will identify opportunities for operational and process improvements in all areas of client lifecycle and compliance risk management globally.
* You will advise and support Compliance and the Business in re-engineering end-to-end risk management and operational processes.
* You will apply effective change management practices to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and controls.
* You will represent CORAL in other Bank strategic transformation initiatives to ensure inter-dependencies are identified and managed.
* You will demonstrate strong and effective leadership to attract, develop, and retain talents to build a strong operational efficiency and transformation culture.
Your Profile
* You possess strong multidisciplinary skills in the financial services industry.
* You have 15+ years of demonstrated track record in business transformation, preferably in a Compliance or Client Life Cycle management setting.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required or evidence of comparable academic/work achievement.
* You have solid mastering of process analysis and project management frameworks, analytical mind, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
* You can summarize complex topics, drive practical outcomes, and make sound decisions or proposals.
* You possess strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, presentation, and influencing skills, including with senior audiences.
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You are resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
