Our client in the banking industry is looking for a motivated, Junior Quality Assurance Officer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the highest compliance and quality standards within their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the Internal Control Framework (ICF) for design and operating effectiveness in areas such as Markets Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, and Investment Products and Services.
Project Management: Plan, track, and test quality assurance processes. Consolidate results and prepare detailed reports for the Quality Assurance Framework.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, statistics, and respond to ad-hoc requests for dashboards and KPI reporting for senior management.
Global Coordination: Support and consolidate input from international locations regarding GMC applicability, implementation, and results. Liaise with key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management.
Documentation: Create and maintain manuals, training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other supporting documents for the Quality Assurance and Internal Control Frameworks.
Required Experience and Skills:
Control Testing Experience: Proven experience in control testing within Markets Compliance, Investment Products and Services, and Financial Crime Compliance (either 1LoD or 2LoD).
Educational Background: University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, business administration, or finance.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and create detailed reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with international teams.
