Clearing Back Office Executive Technical Support (remote work in Europe)
To start work immediately or at a later date by agreement.
The position and the working location are based in Europe (Remote) with an EOR contract.
In this challenging and interesting position, you are responsible for:
1. Monitoring and operating billing files loading and troubleshooting
2. (S)FTP files exchange monitoring and operating
3. System error logs monitoring and escalation
4. Outgoing invoices production
5. Inbox triage and resolving system error
6. Data configuration, connections setup and maintenance
7. Incoming invoice validation and dispute management
8. Allocation of incoming payments
Your ideal profile:
1. Min 3 years of experience in operations, knowledge of Roaming is an advantage
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
4. Familiarity with XML and understanding of executing SQL queries
5. English written and spoken; additional language is an advantage
