Responsibilities As a RAMS Engineer providing global support: Preparation of customer oriented RAMS documentation, including FMEA, MTBF, and LCC Developing and maintaining a REX database for Secheron products Integration into project teams Collaboration with the RAMS R&D specialist (Geneva) As a Customer Support Engineer responsible for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands: Pre sales customer support, including specification compliance verification, customization studies, and project documentation preparation Generic technical customer support for all inquiries about installation, use, or maintenance After sales customer support, including investigation and quality reporting Requirements University degree (or equivalent) in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechanics Fluent in spoken and written English and German, with excellent reading and writing skills At least three years of experience in RAMS activities At least three years in the railway industry Knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128/EN 50657, EN 50129 is an advantage Good knowledge of programming (e.g., Visual Basic) is an advantage Mentally flexible and eager to learn Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, with a desire to share specialized knowledge Rigorous mindset and structured approach Customer oriented attitude Willingness to travel frequently (approximately once per month) for technical meetings or site investigations, and occasionally to the headquarters (Geneva) for in depth product training We have flat hierarchies and encourage direct communication between departments and management levels.
