We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d)

As a software engineer, you will encounter exciting technical challenges in a dynamic and informal atmosphere. You will participate in defining and implementing new functional and non-functional requirements, from analysis to testing. You will contribute to our mission of being a company that scales sustainably.
In particular, you will
* Design and implement software products using agile methodologies
* Collaborate in the transformation of our legacy systems and architecture to enable scalability
* Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and performance of our products
* Streamline the existing software architecture to minimize complexity and maintenance expenses
* Tackle challenging issues that demand innovative problem-solving skills
* Monitor production systems to identify optimization opportunities
We are looking for
* Dedication to writing clean code and maintaining a simple architecture for long-term code quality and sustainability
* Strong critical thinking skills to challenge existing norms and propose innovative solutions
* Proficiency in object-oriented and/or functional programming paradigms
* Experience applying agile principles and practices, including TDD, simple design, and design patterns
* Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
* Knowledge of the GNU/Linux environment (e.g., bash scripting)
* Fluency in English
