For an international bank specializing in Trade Finance, we are recruiting a "Senior Transaction Services Account Manager".
* Support and grow the Daily Banking business by selling a full suite of Transaction Services (TS) solutions, including payments, liquidity management, and trade finance.
* Manage client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor and grow revenue from a portfolio of 10-15 clients, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with Client Loyalty Teams (CLT) and other support departments for seamless service delivery.
* Conduct regular client reviews, service level discussions, and client visits.
* Ensure compliance with KYC guidelines and stay updated on regulations.
* Lead selected projects and initiatives to enhance TS business development.
* Advise clients on the impact of changes within or outside the bank.
* Minimum 4 years of experience servicing and advising large multinational clients in Transaction Services, with a strong understanding of payments and cash management.
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
* Strong proactive communicator with a passion for direct client engagement, capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing client satisfaction.
