Team - you will join the Customer Acquisition team within the Marketing department.
Level – Professional
Contract - Permanent / full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
Lead the Display channel following the management from A to Z: set the marketing strategy accordingly with business goals, organise and set-up the campaigns, go-live (working alone, with internal teams or with external partners), analyse and share the results with the manager/rest of the company.
Be able to effectively communicate the display results with key managers, making sure the channels results and needs are well addressed.
Taking care about the tracking making sure the data affecting the channel are properly tracked and correctly reported.
Partner with our marketing teams inside and outside the Customer Acquisition department, create a strong connection with SEM, SEO and Brand teams offering the proper support in setting the marketing strategy, based on analytics.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications Progressive experience in managing Display campaigns within main platforms in the market, such as Google, Meta, Criteo etc. The ideal candidate can create campaigns there from scratch.
Ability to manage the data to tune the display campaigns: be able to build audiences tag based rather than build a catalogue to power the dynamic remarketing.
Proactive analytic mindset able to transform raw data into valuable and actionable marketing insights. Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must for this role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to address complex data challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including marketing teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.
Adapting to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English language to be able to efficiently communicate with both international team members and stakeholders.
