Could you be the full-time Coordinateur EHS&S in Villeneuve we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your in-site auditing and health and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll provide Environmental, Health & Safety leadership support and guidance to the EHS&S Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to conduct systematic risk analysis of the work environment at the workstations, work proactively with managers and staff to establish continuous improvement on the Environmental, Health & Safety culture and regular audits, inspections, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing a safe and healthy environment to our people and contractors, protect Alstom assets, and reduce risks of business interruption resulting from fire and natural catastrophes.
We’ll look to you for:
* Identify Environmental, Health & Safety improvement initiatives and increase awareness of the company Health & Safety policies and procedures; manage the accident and incident investigation process.
* Assess key trends in accident and incident data and ensure these trends are embedded in the policies and guidelines.
* Communicate the results across the site on a monthly basis.
* When necessary, replace the EHS Manager at various local and Dach representative bodies, working groups, workers council, and act as the primary point of contact for external services and regulatory bodies.
* Deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools related to EHS topics and ensure they are aligned with Alstom and international applicable standards.
* Perform Environmental legal compliance checks.
* Recognize best practices and good performance. React to violations of regulations and Alstom Standards.
* Manage and/or participate in internal and external safety audit and inspection programs.
* Assist in preparation and delivery of appropriate Environmental, Health & Safety training.
* Manage elements of our Safety Collaboration / Best Practice Programs e.g. AZDP, TOP E, APSYS.
* Liaise with the HR Department for Health initiatives, including the office environment, absenteeism, work-life balance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

* Health and Safety professional with five to ten years’ experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment, preferably with a background in industry.
* Diploma in MSST Security Management is required.
* Relevant working experience, preferably industrial background.
* Experience in site auditing and health and safety inspections.
* Knowledge of security topics.
* Familiarity with working in an international and matrix environment.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* A good ability in stakeholder management.
