Job Description
Spartronics, a leading contract manufacturing services provider, seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to drive significant revenue growth and forge strong relationships with OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical Life Science, and Advanced Industrial segments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities, focusing on high-value deals valued at $10M or more.
* Establish and nurture connections with potential customers and referral sources to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
* Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on business development strategies and ensure success.
Requirements
* Education and Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering preferred; or 7+ years of EMS Business Development Experience.
* 10+ years in EMS industry business development role, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
* Experience in selling EMS, PCBA, SMT, and full product integration is essential.
