Join our Tax Accounting team and gain insights into the tax affairs of multinational groups, always keeping accounting considerations in mind.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Calculate, review and advise on tax positions (current and deferred taxes) in financial statements prepared under various accounting standards.
* Support Pillar II projects, focusing on tax accounting considerations, and manage reporting obligations for evolving tax transparency.
* Collaborate with audit teams as a lead tax specialist, applying expertise and coordinating international teams.
* Develop tools and solutions for tax accounting and reporting tasks.
* Lead complex project management, collaborating with experts from other divisions and tax specialists.
* Closely cooperate and coordinate with foreign KPMG offices on tax audits and projects for internationally active Swiss companies.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance or law, ideally with a focus on tax law.
* 4-6 years of experience in Swiss tax law and/or audit.
* Tax Accounting experience, with a proven track record in coordinating complex tax accounting projects.
* Fluency in English, with German skills an advantage.
* Open and communicative personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
