Position Overview: A key role is available for a CEO Assistant to drive our projects forward with expertise and enthusiasm.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively on behalf of the CEO, handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
2. Arrange travel logistics, including booking transportation and accommodation as needed.
3. Ensure timely delivery of messages and information to relevant parties.
4. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
5. Track and process expenses, receipts, and invoices related to the CEO's activities.
6. Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
7. Perform additional duties as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
4. Effective time management skills.
5. Experience with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings/appointments.
6. 2-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
7. Prior experience in a C-Level Assistant role is highly desirable.
8. Proficiency in English, German, and Chinese languages.
