Responsibilities Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales. Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance. Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims. Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits. Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed. Qualifications Military or other leadership experience preferred (2+ years). Candidates must be over the age of 21. Candidates are required to have an insurance license or acquire one within 30 days. B.A. in business or finance. 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry. Candidates must have an active insurance agent license in their state. Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations. Compensation: $115,000 - $122,000 yearly at plan.
