Role Overview
Our Corporate Risk and Broking team in Zurich is looking for an Account Director.
The Role
You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance broking needs are met with excellence.
* Implementing and refining client service delivery, including comprehensive discussions on risk and retention strategies
* Representing the voice of the client internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy
* Leveraging best practice from across WTW to deploy within the team
* Building and maintaining robust relationships with insurers to maximise client outcomes
* Participation in business development activities and supporting RFP processes
* Promoting the unique WTW Risk & Analytics capabilities
* Fostering global collaboration and communication within the WTW network
Requirements
* Extensive and proven experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industry
* In-depth knowledge of all non-life corporate insurance sectors
* FINMA-registered insurance intermediary
* Candidate-focused with a high commitment to service excellence
* Structured, efficient, and solution-driven work approach
* Independent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skills
* Fluency in German and English is key; additional language skills are an asset
