Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial and operational accounting functions, ensuring compliance with national and international standards (OR, IFRS).

Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
*
Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control measures.
*
Provide leadership in HR and payroll administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
*
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and drive tax optimization initiatives.
*
Manage IT:related administrative processes and collaborate with external IT consultants for system enhancements.
*
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining internal workflows and upholding safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
*
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or a Federal Diploma as an Accountant/Controller.
*
Strong expertise in financial management, controlling, and strategic planning.
*
Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office, databases, and ERP systems such as SAP or Cognos.
*
Experience in HR management, with knowledge of social benefits and labor law.
*
Fluency in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
A proactive, solution:oriented mindset with a keen eye for financial analysis and optimization.
