Join our RFP / DDQ team, which plays a pivotal role in acquiring new business and retaining existing clients by completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). As a working student, you will initially work under the close guidance of senior team members to learn the ropes, quickly progressing to take ownership of key tasks as you grow in confidence and competence.
This role offers a rich learning experience, equipping you with a deep understanding of the operations of an investment management firm and paving the way for a full-time role in the industry.
What would your role be?
Assist senior RFP team members within Institutional Clients in responding to RFP and DDQ requests, while also handling client requests and coordinating responses with subject matter experts across the company.
Regularly update and maintain investment consultant databases such as evestment.
Develop and edit sales collateral.
Maintain the Q&A database and internal tools.
What are we looking for?
You gained your first working experience in the financial services industry, ideally within Investment Management, with proven client service skills and strong data management abilities.
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with an excellent academic record, seeking a medium to long-term opportunity in an international work environment.
You are a structured, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You are solutions-driven with a can-do attitude, numerate, and possessing strong proofreading skills.
Data savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, with coding experience being a plus, and business fluency in German and English, with other languages being advantageous.
