Job Description DuPont ACP business is looking for an energetic and passionate Quality Coordinator to execute business and site quality programs directed by the business quality strategies and site leadership. Furthermore, facilitate cross functional synergies related to quality and promote a customer focused quality culture.
The role will be reporting to Site Quality Leader. This is a role under a third-party contract, where you will work alongside the dynamic team at DuPont on various challenging projects.
Responsibilities Implementation and tracking of site quality performance.
Monitor effective deployment of the complaint management system for product quality responses, site shipment error rates, COA generation, etc.
Manage quality related documents, e.g. create, reverse and obsolete.
Work with global experts to provide expertise and support on local regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, Quality Systems elements of the Operating Discipline Management System).
Engage and assist site services and functions (e.g. Site Logistics) in identifying and achieving quality-related goals and targets.
Document data-entry process and preparation for automation.
Product management including new product setup and obsoletion on site.
Consolidate the data globally to prepare monthly reports.
Work with the business quality team to assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of quality, and quality-related, work processes, tools, procedures and requirements.
Network with site-QSS network & business quality organizations in the USA and Asia to facilitate quality system training and leveraging of best practices & sharing of learning experiences.
Job Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience in the chemical industry or in the field of electronic materials.
Energetic, persevere, strong drive to succeed.
Eager to learn and grow on the job, comfortable with multi-tasking, able to come up with creative business and technical solutions to addressing technical and business challenges.
Good communication skills.
Team player, strong interpersonal skills.
Associate Degree in Chemistry or related.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in SAP operation is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, internally and externally.
Flexibility, willingness to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing multicultural business environment.
Auditor Certification is regarded.
