- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Reconcile accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory accounting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT reporting, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
- Support external and internal audits, providing all necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing finance team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
