An Amazing Career Opportunity for an End User Business Development Manager
This is a unique chance to join our team and take on a challenging role as an End User Business Development Manager.
As a key member of our European Business Development Director's team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities and managing assigned Named End user Accounts within your given region.
You will work closely with the whole team to develop business and drive project specification, ensuring all growth targets are achieved.

Your Responsibilities
* Build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the Fortune 2000.
* Field-based position with 60% of your time spent traveling and visiting customers.
* Manage & develop assigned named end-user accounts within your region.
* Closing opportunities to achieve targets.
* Develop and execute the Account Strategy for all end-user accounts, including account plans.
* Introduce the latest products and solutions to all opportunities.
* Support and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in your region when required.
* Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs.
* Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings.
* Collaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
* Maintain end-user & consultant details, activities, and opportunities using CRM.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all HID products and competitive products.
* Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work as a self-starter but also work effectively as part of a team.
* Hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects successfully prioritizing.
* Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
* Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
* Show good initiative and enthusiasm.
* Work calmly under pressure.
* Customer-first approach with a clear can-do attitude.
About You
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts.
* Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
* Previous experience selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
* Experience in a solution-selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models would be desirable.
* Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
