We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into new markets and establish strategic partnerships with leading fashion and textile brands.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B solution sales and business development. They will be responsible for:
* Gaining access to C-level fashion brand representatives and building strong relationships
* Converting leads into customers with recurring revenues through contract negotiation and sales closure
* Evaluating prospects and creating strategic action plans
* Collaborating with marketing and project managers to achieve business objectives
* Monitoring market trends and providing product feedback
The successful candidate will possess:
* A proven track record of scaling B2B businesses or driving significant new business growth
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in solution-based selling within a fast-paced environment
* University degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field
* A strong industry network within textile fashion brands
* Strategic mindset with ability to analyze complex value chains and craft compelling value propositions
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Hunter mentality with proactive approach to pursuing new opportunities
* Self-starter with high degree of ownership and ability to deliver on agreed KPIs
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel (20-40%) to build relationships and drive business growth
