One of our main clients based in Kaiseraugst is looking for a SAP eWM Specialist to ensure the operational operation of the systems in application support and actively drive the further development of the existing system solutions and platforms based on SAP eWM.
Key responsibilities:
* First level support and ensuring the availability of the application (LAURA SAP eWM application)
* Ensuring the availability and functionality of the application/processes as an interface between the operational areas and the technical service providers
* Incident management in first level support (hotline) with coordination of incident processing between the relevant stakeholders (business process owners, customers, IT, QA, software suppliers, hardware suppliers, etc.)
* Monitoring of recurring incidents and initiation of countermeasures (problem management)
* Surveillance/control/monitoring of system-relevant processes and procedures
* Communication with users via telephone, chat, e-mail as part of incident and problem management
* On-call service and coverage of functional times with the willingness to potentially work shifts in the future
* Request management with the tasks of a business analyst to coordinate change requests with the operational areas and relevant specialist groups
* Creating, updating and conducting technical user training
* Maintaining the knowledge database (e.g. operating or installation instructions, etc.)
* Supporting the implementation of system validation
Requirements:
* Higher professional diploma/certificate or degree in IT
* Min. 2-5 years of hands-on work experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
* Min. 2 years of work experience in first level support in a technical environment with SAP applications (eWM application)
* Min. 4 years of experience in (pharmaceutical) logistics and IT environment
* Fluent German and English (both mandatory)
* Nice to have: Experience in the regulated (GMP) environment
Please note:
* Willingness to potentially work shifts (currently no shift work, but possible future change to 2-shift (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.))
* On-call duty: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. (1 week every 2-3 months)
