How you can make an impact
4. Understand how the CBTC/ATO system works, the exchanges between subsystems and their interactions
5. Assist in defining the pre-requisites and the priorities for the T&C planning
6. Define and maintain the T&C procedures and protocols
7. Plan, take responsibility and execute for the T&C activities as per the defined test procedures
8. Complete test documentation, data sheets, defect and incident reports
Identify and report project and technical problems and assist in mitigation measures
9. Manage hardware and software documentation and configuration in the field
10. Conduct investigations based on remote diagnostic data
11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, liaising with relevant parties as required
How you will contribute
12. Completed technical education as electrical or computer science engineer ETH/TU/FH or comparable
13. At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Signalling Test and/or Commissioning.
14. Familiar with railway signalling systems, functionalities and architecture of each subsystem
15. Familiar with relevant CENELEC standards
16. Familiar with writing and reviewing of technical documentation
17. Proven "trouble shooting" skills for problem identification and resolution
18. Open, flexible, team player, and goal-oriented personality
19. Good knowledge of English; German language is an advantage
