The Senior Sales is a highly motivated, self-reliant individual with excellent communication skills who demonstrates a good analytical mind. He/she recognizes business opportunities by identifying strategic prospects and by evaluating their position in the industry. He/she looks for and analyses sales opportunities namely by cold-calling. He must be an experienced presenter with an eye for details and an ability to select the best proposal that meets the needs of prospects and customers. In addition, through his initiatives, he will take part in the improvement of various internal processes to achieve the objectives of the company.
Main Responsibilities
* Actively participates in the search for new prospects ideally suited for the various modules of the solution.
* Owns and builds a network of relationships that allows him to generate new sales.
* Tasked with working in the key major European markets of interest, mainly Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
* Great understanding of users’ needs and offers our solution optimally.
* Has a very good knowledge of trades related to securities management.
* Effectively detects the key people involved in the acquisition decision process.
* Clearly drafts offers that meet the needs of customers and prospects.
* Effectively manages its offers based on the price policy chosen by the company.
* Actively participates in the response to the specifications within the "Business Development" team.
* Works proactively in the "Business Development" department and will collaborate effectively with other departments of the company, especially the managers of consulting teams.
* Works with both the Sales Engineer and the Marketing Manager to prepare the presentation scenarios and structure customer/market communication and marketing materials (Web, social media,...).
Qualifications & Requirements
* Master in Finance or Economy.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as financial software sales.
Essential Skills
* Good knowledge of asset management and portfolio management.
* Knowledge of performance calculation and/or knowledge of insurance business is a plus.
* Good knowledge of French and English (Dutch is a plus).
* Ease of use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good understanding of how software works.
* Prepared to travel in Europe.
* Dynamic, able to take initiatives and result-oriented.
* Capable of meeting challenges.
* Ability to work and collaborate with others.
* Agree with the values set by the company and be ready to convey them.
