Make It Uniquely Yours.The Hedging Services Unit belongs to the Mondelez Finance and Control (F&C) Division and leads a centralized function for managing the companies’ international derivatives hedging activities, including derivatives position controlling, reporting, and accounting capacities. The team supports the company’s global risk management activity through controlling the derivative positions (futures and OTC instruments) for a diverse portfolio of commodities, including agriculture, packaging, metals, and energy, as well as ensuring full compliance and audit control requirements, to meet both internal and external regulatory and disclosure activities.Due to the variety of the current activities, regular contact with internal functions, including risk management, legal, treasury, and controlling is required. Equally important is maintaining a solid working relationship with our external banking and brokerage relationships throughout our network.How you will contributeYou will be supporting the Hedging Services Unit with the following key activities:Updating, monitoring, and controlling the daily hedging positions and the associated commodity hedge portfoliosInitiating daily external margin payments and settlementsMaintaining external contact to brokers/banks operationsPosition management activities for all commodity derivativesMaintaining inter-company activities and regional relationsSupport of on-going internal and external audit activitiesMonitoring/improving internal controlling reportsSupport of weekly and monthly reporting activitiesSupport the on-going development of reporting assignmentsTeam back-up for key responsibilities, deliverables, and projectsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:University Level Degree/or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, or Finance)Approx. 3+ years of solid commercial background with a focus on business analytics, accounting, and reporting.
