We are looking for a professional with a passion for and experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector, capable of combining operational excellence with strategic leadership.

MISSIONS:
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks
• To assume responsibility for F&B operations in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing service operations and Relais & Château standards.
• Comfortable with all types of service: à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others.
• Welcoming and serving customers, anticipating their need.
• Managing cash operations and ability to achieve sales targets (upselling and others)
• Ensure that the restaurant service runs smoothly, from order taking to customer departure Set up and dress the restaurant in accordance with Relais & Chateau standards
• Assisting in the management of beverage supplies, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy forecasts.
• Be responsible for closing and opening of the F&B outlets according the Hotel standards.
• Playing an active role in coordinating banquet groups in collaboration with the Chef, helping to develop menus tailored to customer preferences while ensuring effective cost management.
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings
PREREQUISITES:
* Holder of a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Language skills German, French or English.
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the hotel.
* Must have a real interest in their profession: motivation, involvement, and energy.
* Versatility and flexibility.
* Excellent presentation and team spirit.
