About the Role
The Executive Director, EMEA Planning will lead the supply phase of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring seamless collaboration among finance, sales, portfolio, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic insights to guide decisions on supply chain risks, portfolio opportunities, and overall business performance.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production adherence, service levels, inventory, and costs.
* Align global processes and data structures to support effective decision-making.
* Foster close collaboration with sales teams and customers to improve demand plan accuracy.
* Oversee business continuity planning and material master data management.
Requirements
* Proven track record in leading end-to-end supply chain planning, particularly in production and material planning.
* Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt).
* Strong ability to partner with various stakeholders to drive results.
* Deep understanding of financial analysis and ability to integrate financial insights into supply chain decisions.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management.
* Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives within a matrix organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and lead with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
