Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Develop novel thermal energy storage materials, particularly salt hydrates
* Collaborate with industrial research partners
* Metric thermophysical and structural properties using advanced analytical instruments
* Design and execute material compatibility and stability tests
* Optimize materials through additives and surfactants
* Co-author scientific articles and participate in international conferences
* Co-supervise bachelor and master theses
* Optional: Participate in teaching
Your Expertise
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry
* In-depth knowledge in one of these areas: inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, crystallization
* Passionate about laboratory work; hands-on attitude
* Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
* Project management, presentation skills, rapid learning capabilities
* Creative, team-oriented, communicative, and eager for knowledge
* Able to prioritize and multitask
* Enthusiastic about energy topics, material development, and complex problem-solving
