Provide administrative support to our 3 Regional Business Directors including:
1. Manage agendas and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
2. Arrange travels, visas, hotels and local transportation
3. Filter incoming correspondence and highlight priorities
4. Ensure high-quality written correspondence and presentations both in French and English
5. Manage the contacts database and ensure data is kept up to date
6. Process invoices and expense reports
7. Ensure high-level reception of visitors and organize logistics (incl. meeting rooms, videoconference, catering, announcements, invitations)
8. Back-up the other commercial administrative assistants when necessary
PROFILE
1. Degree in administration, commerce, languages or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
2. Demonstrated senior assistant experience with exposure in international fast-paced and demanding work environments
3. Reliable, organized, committed, autonomous, flexible with strong ability to prioritize tasks
4. Proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a very high sense of confidentiality in the role
5. Strong user experience with the MS Office suite. Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Salesforce would be an advantage.
6. Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a big plus
