Human by nature. Global Quality Manager F&B Ingredients & Active Beauty Join us as our Global Quality Manager for our Fragrance & Beauty Ingredients and Active Beauty teams. You will lead the implementation of the Global Quality Management Strategy and nurture the quality culture and associated behaviours for the Ingredients Manufacturing which integrates Active Beauty business and Delivery Systems. Continuously improving alignment between sites and adherence to quality requirements and in conjunction with the responsible process owners, you will improve process controls to reduce variation, assure product quality, increase process efficiency and guarantee customer satisfaction. Reporting to our Head of Global F&B Ingredients Manufacturing, you will: Strategy and execution Participate in the creation and ensure implementation of Quality strategy of Fragrance & Beauty division Participate in GIMM (Global Ingredients Manufacturing Management team) to integrate QA strategy in projects/plans in order to meet Quality objectives. Provide feedback, escalate QA related issues for resolution with Global QM / related functions Monitor Quality KPIs, compliance to requirements and the effectiveness of the QMS at Site and Regional levels. Report / make visible performance to both GIMM and GQM Ensure follow up, support and supervision of on the field implementation of the strategy/actions on the sites Functional Manage/coordinate a team of QA & QC in the 5 production sites and coordination with JVs and internal suppliers Support the sites in managing quality deviations and complaints being the senior leader when escalations are necessary Provide interpretation, advice and training in relation to Quality Requirements. With Site QA/process owners, lead the implementation of quality requirements, processes, procedures and methods Ensure verification processes such as internal audits and validation trials are scheduled, executed and effective Analyse results of quality audits (internal, external, corporate), plan preventative action at Regional level.
