Role Description
InfoSec Global is hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth by focusing on large accounts and high-value opportunities within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for selling InfoSec Global’s Cryptographic Posture Management solutions to both existing customers and new prospects across a designated account list.
As a trusted cybersecurity partner, you will leverage your existing relationships to expand InfoSec Global’s footprint, while also building new connections within key target accounts to acquire new customers. Given InfoSec Global’s strong partner-driven sales approach, you will be expected to collaborate closely with channel partners to accelerate account acquisition and maximize market reach.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.
* Utilize consultative selling expertise to build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients and executive sponsors.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at driving enterprise-wide adoption of InfoSec Global solutions.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position InfoSec Global’s offerings.
* Implement a structured approach to demand generation, expanding and developing your sales territory.
* Craft compelling value propositions by leveraging customer success stories and aligning them with specific account needs.
* Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on InfoSec Global’s products and services.
* Travel within your territory as required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing (or related field) or equivalent experience. Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
* Dynamic, high energy sales professional with 10+ years of successful experience in direct sales, high-level, executive selling of long-cycle products.
* Skills, relationship network, and work ethic that align with a strong desire to be in the top 10% of high-tech sellers.
* Prior sales experience in SaaS/Product company and management consulting experience.
* Experience selling high-end Cyber Security Solutions into large, complex organizations is highly favorable.
* Experience and existing relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territory such as CISO, CIO, Security Architect, VP or Director of IT.
* Demonstrated ongoing success in managing large accounts, closing business and landing new logos.
* Ability to network and prospect into new logos leading a cross-functional team including marketing, inside sales, and channel managers.
* Work experience in consulting, defense, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or energy is a plus.
* Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
