About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to lead and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring standardization, harmonization, and scalability.
This role is instrumental in creating visibility to increase proactive management of our business operations.
* Create scalable data visualizations and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
* Utilize SQL queries to identify relationships and causality across data to address critical management inquiries and increase business impact.
* Lead the creation of business requirements and translate to technical and data needs for the Data Transformation team.
* Secure one version of truth by actively standardizing, harmonizing, and scaling reporting capabilities.
* Ensure all relevant metrics are timely developed, harmonized across markets, and consistently documented to bring transparency.
* Drive the deployment of reporting capabilities, including optimizing dashboard performance and onboarding the Supply Chain reporting user community.
* Continuously challenge the status quo by evaluating reporting capabilities and defining areas of improvement.
* Identify business opportunities and provide strategic inputs for optimizing supply chain performance by leveraging data analytics and intelligence.

* Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical methods, and predictive modeling, with experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI & Structured Query Language.
Requirements
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master's preferred.
* Proven experience in business intelligence roles with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologies.
